Crystal Safety Information:

Please read through this information carefully to understand the safety risks that may arise from handling crystals/crystal jewellery.

CHOKING HAZARD:

Crystals & crystal jewellery can be choking hazards – do not swallow and do not allow unsupervised handling to children.

Toxicity:

Some crystals contain minerals that are deemed as toxic. For these, it is important that you do NOT ingest crystals and do NOT insert them into any body part. Extra precaution can be taken by washing your hands after handling.

Radiation:

Some crystals contain minimal levels of radiation that have not been deemed a risk, however if radiation is of a specific concern to you, please be vigilant.

Sharp Edges / Chipping:

Some crystals/crystal jewellery may have sharp edges, which may cause cuts or injury if handled incorrectly. Some crystals are also prone to ‘shedding’, where these small shards or chips could cause harm. Handle jewellery with care and store them safely.

Allergies:

Although rare, some crystals or metals used may cause allergic reactions. If you experience any adverse reactions after handling a crystal, seek immediate medical advice.

Crystal Sensitivities:

Some crystals may shed, deteriorate or change state under certain conditions. You must do your due diligence to store and care for crystal jewellery correctly and safely.

Do NOT cut, grind, polish or try to alter the jewellery you have purchased in ANY way. To do so is to risk harm at your own risk.
