WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?

We operate from 9am-5pm GMT or BST mon-fri. E-mails and Instagram DMs will only be replied to inside this time.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNT CODES?
We do not currently offer any ongoing discount codes, however you can keep an eye on our social media for limited periods where we offer them for events or we offer sales.
We do have two active codes not for discount use.
'OPENBOX' - is for our customers looking to set up an open box with us, usually after live sales over on Instagram.
'COMBINE' - is for anyone who's already placed an order but wishes to place another, without paying two lots of postage - or for UK customers closing an open box when the sum total of their orders is over £100.
The COMBINE code is for use by UK customers ONLY.
If you're an international customer looking to combine orders please email me for a quote as shipping costs change depending on weight and you'll likely need to pay another small additional fee.
If you are to use these codes at checkout, or use a third party app that finds codes, and make a purchase using this code expecting free shipping, your order will NOT be sent until full shipping is paid. 
If you use this code to combine a new website order with a pre-existing one, your order will be sent by the postage you ORIGINALLY paid for - not by the postage option you chose with the order when using the code. Example: if you originally paid for 2nd class untracked and then purchased a new order using the code to have them both sent together, and chose tracked or special delivery at checkout when using the code, your parcel will be sent 2nd class untracked - as per the original shipping that was paid for.  
WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING TIME?
I am just one person behind this shop at the moment, which means unfortunately we can't zap orders out as fast as amazon prime! While I always try my hardest to have orders posted within 2-5 days, sometimes orders come in just after our last drop off or personal life becomes a pain - so please wait up to 7 business days for your order to be shipped, I promise the love and care that goes into each package will be worth the extra wait!
IS YOUR JEWELLERY HANDMADE?
Currently all of our jewellery is hand made by me or our suppliers.
HOW ARE YOU WORKING TO REDUCE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT?
We have now committed to becoming almost entirely environmentally friendly. We only use cardboard boxes or paper insulated bags when packaging - both of these being 100% compostable and biodegradable.
The tape we use for most of our boxes is paper tape ONLY. Plastic tape is sometimes used for larger or international shipments to ensure safety. Inside your package we use acid-free tissue paper, eco-friendly bubble wrap and biodegradable packing peanuts.
The peanuts being made of starch - that can be broken down in landfill or in a sink of water and then washed down the drain without damaging aquatic life.
We package each order with a sticker and a recyclable business card.
We unfortunately are yet to find an alternative to plastic tape, but this is our only drawback. If we were to ever use plastic bubble wrap or mailing bags, these would be reused from orders we have received.
